OAK ORCHARD YACHT CLUB 2007 PRICES

MEMBERSHIP IS COMPETITIVELY PRICED

FULL MEMBERSHIP:   This membership is for full use of the facilities and docks. It also includes voting rights for the business of the Club and reciprocal privileges. $500.00US + tax.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP:   For boaters that want to enjoy our Dining Room and Bar.  This membership DOES NOT include and dock or reciprocal privileges and does not allow the member to vote at business meetings.  $200.00US + tax. 

INTERMEDIATE MEMBERSHIP:   For members between the ages of 21 and 30. This great value includes all of the same privileges as a Full Membership.  $200.00US + tax.

INITITIATION FEE: For FULL and INTERMEDIATE members, there is a one-time initiation fee off $1000.00US. This fee is payable over 4 years if required.

ANNUAL OBLIGATIONS: All members are required to purchase a minimum of $150 in "chits" per year. The chits can be used at the bar, in the restaurant or for items at our frequent, wonderful parties.

DOCKAGE: We offer 30Amp electrical service, potable water, lights and access to dockside gas grills.

• Regular docks - 30 feet - $600.00US
• Long docks - 40 feet - $750.00US
• After July 1st, we will pro-rate dock fees for the year.
